E-mail to Joe Hellman (Our Main Actor)

So it has been established by the media department that we will be using Joe Hellman, our main actor choice, as the main performer in the music video as well as the date of our shoot, November 10th. Now we still need to confirm with him that he will be available at that date in order to give confirmation for the media department. We need to ensure that he has no coursework or tests or any other commitments to go to on that day. So I sent him an e-mail asking him to make sure that he will be free then.
